This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how FarmPro (“FarmPro,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information that we collect from the Users of our website, mobile app, and services available digitally (collectively, the “Platform”), as well as through our marketing activities and other activities described in this Policy.
This Policy applies to personal information FarmPro collects from users of the Platform, which includes (i) third parties who, individually or though a company, use the Platform to provide agricultural services or products to other Platform users (“FarmPro Service Providers”); (ii) third parties who, individually or through a company, use the Platform to request or receive agricultural services or products from FarmPro Service Providers (“Service Customers”); and (iii) those who provide information to FarmPro in connection with an application to use the Platform, or whose information we otherwise receive in connection with the Platform. All those subject to this Policy are hereinafter referred to as “Users.”
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it. By using or submitting personal information to the Platform, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, your choice is to not use or submit information to our Platform.

Information related to farming operations of identifiable individuals, including:
Field location, boundaries and parameters
Soil type and composition
Acres
Crop protection and other inputs
Seed selection
Yield
GPS/machine location data
Speed of harvest and other agricultural services
Other location and agronomic data
Information provided about you from third party Users of our Platform, including information relating to your profile and registration information, references, and reviews.
Information that is publicly available, such as land records.
2. Use of Information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:
Operate, deliver and improve the Platform.
Enable you to communicate with other Users.
Set up and maintain your user account.
Provide you with information, services, and notifications that you request.
Allow you to participate in the interactive features on our website.

Customize your experience using the Platform.

Our website allows you to connect and share your actions, comments, and content with other Users. The information that you provide to be published or displayed on your member profile or on public areas of our website will be posted on a public forum and is public information provided by you at your own risk. For example, we may share your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, reviews, and recommendations with other Users as needed to facilitate the provision of agricultural services or products.
We may share personal information to comply with our legal obligations, such as to comply with laws and/or respond to lawful requests and legal process.
We may share your information in an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our community of Users, or any person.
We may share information with third parties who provide services to us, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, marketing and research partners, vendors that help improve the safety and security of our Platform, consultants, lawyers, accountants and other professional service providers, insurance and financing partners.

Accessing and updating your personal information
You can view or edit your personal information by accessing your account settings on your profile. For accessing and updating personal information that is not linked to an online account, please contact us via email at contact@farmpro.ag.
Tracking technologies and advertising
You can manage cookie preferences and opt-out of having cookies and other similar collection technologies used by adjusting the settings on your browser or interface. All browsers and interfaces are different, so visit the “help” section of your browser or interface to learn about cookie preferences and other privacy settings that may be available. If you disable or refuse cookies or restrict your location information, please note that some of the Platform may be inaccessible or not function properly.
Email preferences
You can choose how you receive certain notifications from us by accessing your Account Settings on your profile. You may also opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
Do not track

Declining to provide information
We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. FarmPro is headquartered in the United States and we may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
